I’m reaching out to you with a heart full of both sorrow, as New Heights’ home country of Lebanon (our offices are in Beirut) faces an unprecedented crisis.
On September 23, 2024, Lebanon began experiencing a level of conflict it has not seen in decades. Today it is struggling to cope with the thousands who have been killed/injured and more than one million of its citizens displaced.
This tragedy has unfolded amidst a backdrop of political instability, a collapsed economy, and the lingering wounds of the Beirut blast in 2020.
New Heights understands that when man is set on destruction, our God is set on building. Therefore, we will be working with our partners to ‘bring Christ to this conflict.’ We believe that ultimately the local Church is best equipped to bring light and hope in these dark times. We have chosen to refocus our Lebanon-based operations to help 30 of our small local church partners who are directly affected by the war. While we have already begun the process to respond and help more than 2,000 people, most of whom are children, we cannot do this alone.
Our immediate needs are substantial, and your support will enable us to provide not only physical relief but also the spiritual support that can only come from people who have their hope in Christ.

Together, we can be the hands and feet of Christ to families who have had their lives turned upside down by forces outside their control.
While we can not imagine it yet, we know that whatever comes will eventually lead us to marvel at our God’s faithfulness.
